U-Joint, 5-760X, Forged Dana 44

Axle u-joint for Dana 30 and 44 front axles. The grease zerk has been eliminated giving the cross increased strength.  If you're not sure if this fits your application, check out the dimensions below.

Couple this with a set of our full circle clips, and chromoly axle shafts (full circle clips will not work on stock shafts without modification).

This u-joint does NOT have a grease zerk which allows for more steel, and increases strength.  The journal crosses are cold-formed from high quality steel, and ample grease reservoirs in each trunion assure effective lubrication.  They come pre-filled with high quality synthetic grease, and use Spicer's highest quality triple-lip seal to keep out the elements.

Bearing cap diameter (D1 and D2):   1.188"

WARNING:  Do not add grease or switch the caps!  Each unit, and each cap on each unit, has been exactingly greased at the factory.  Additional grease, or just swapping cap to cap, can reduce the life expectancy.
