GM Taper, 7/8" OD, Bushing, Tie Rod End

This bushing as a straight 7/8" OD outside, and a GM tie rod tapered inside.  This means that you can drill a 7/8" hole straight through your tie rod hole, slide this bushing in, and install your tie rod.  Works with:  EX2234, ES2233, EX23434, ES2010, and all other GM 1 ton tie rod tapered ends. This will not work with drag link ends!

Perfect for 77-91 GM/Chevy front axles with the tie rod below the knuckle arm.  You drill out the tie rod holes to 7/8", slide in these bushings, then install your tie rod from the top down.  In most cases this can give you almost an inch more clearance for your tie rod.  Previous to this part being on the market, the hole you reamed from the top down would create an hour glass shape, and you'd only partially engage the taper.

WARNING:  Check that there's enough material BEFORE drilling!!!  You'll need 3/8" of material around the hole AFTER you're done.
